- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The Mountain Home, AR branch has the worst customer service of any bank I've dealt with. The majority of the time I go in, there is an average wait time of a quarter of an hour, sometimes more. They usually only have one teller behind the counter, and one teller in drive through. If a company truly cares about good service, provide enough staff to quickly and efficiently take care of customers. The staff is friendly, just understaffed.By Nate Miles, February 15, 2018
